[En] If you want to do a press release

If your paper is likely to be accepted (or have been accepted) by a journal and you would like to do a press release, please fill in the following form to let the CD unit know. If your paper has already been accepted, please let us know as soon as possible.

iCeMS’ press releases will be distributed/published as follows:
Japanese: The press release will be sent to the KU Press Club, MEXT press club, Japan Science press club, and other Japanese journalists. After the embargo lifts, it will also be posted on iCeMS and KU websites, and shared on iCeMS social media.
English: The press release will be sent to international journalists related to the field, and posted to science press release portals such as EurekAlert! and Asia Research News. After the embargo lifts, it will also be posted on iCeMS website, KU website, and shared on iCeMS social media.
Press releases are prepared basically along the steps in the following chart:

研究成果発表のプレスリリース（＝報道発表）をご希望の場合は、ジャーナルや学会に論文が受理されそう、とわかった時点で（正式受理前でも）以下のフォームを通じてコミュニケーションデザイン（CD）ユニットにご連絡ください（もし既に正式に受理されている場合は、急いでご連絡ください）。
